The workshop in brief: The workshop was opened by the speech of the Head of the Accounting, Banking and Finance Department Dr. Waqar Ahmad, who thanked the workshop participants and gave a brief introduction to banking practice. He also highlighted the notable presence of Dr. Ghazi Hassan, the CEO of RT Bank, whom he referred to as the present of the workshop. The workshop was closed by the distribution of certificates to the CEO of RT Bank and the committee members that worked tirelessly in this workshop. Brief closing remarks were delivered by Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Aras, the Dean of FASE, where he thanked the presenter and issued motivating words of confidence to the students.
The main objective of the workshop is discussing the contemporary banking issues worldwide, with a particular emphasis on issues specific to Kurdistan.
