All the key note speakers and speakers let the participants experience one of the techniques they use to engage youth with providing a high-level overview regarding the improvement of Metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is a group of symptoms that occur at the same time and raise your risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Increased blood pressure, excessive blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels are all examples of these disorders. The major goal of metabolic syndrome clinical therapy is to lower the risk of developing clinical atherosclerosis. Another goal is to reduce the likelihood of type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients who have not yet developed clinical diabetes. Improve your diet. A diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, skinless chicken, fish, nuts, low-fat or fat-free dairy products, lean meats, and veggie protein is recommended. Regular physical activity is one of the lifestyle and home cures that we must pursue. Daily activity of at least 30 minutes, such as brisk walking, is recommended by health professionals. Weight loss, a healthy diet, quitting smoking, and stress reduction or management. Members of the workshop committee sought input from attendees on the value of the presentations as training
materials and how they could benefit organizations other than other agencies. Overall, the group agreed that presentations like the ones used in the workshop would be beneficial to future drug discovery and development of novel lead compounds at Tishk University and other universities, as well as the pharmaceutical research industry.
