The workshop in brief: The Faculty of Pharmacy, Tishk International University organized 3rd International Pharmacy Workshop on Dec. 11th, 2022. Aim of this workshop, we want to introduce the role of genome engineering especially CRISPR/Cas system in treating incurable diseases to our staff and researchers around Kurdistan. Moreover, throw presenting a many posters, we would shows the number of incurable diseases and explains the reasons that why they stayed as incurable till now.
Participants: 100 participated in the workshop.
Place: Education Building, 302 | Tishk International University – Erbil
First sessions topics: Presenting three diffirent presentation that aims to introduce the role of genomic engineering in curing the incurable deseases such as obesiy, cancer and sick cell anemia.
Second sessions topics; Presenting researches and posters by the pharmacy students to show the number and reseaons of some diseases stayed as incurable in the world.
