This workshop intended to identify trends that influence the job market and the human resources activities. To meet changes of the third millennium, an individual conformity in self- assessment and goal setting strategies are tackled in this work. An individual road plan is proposed to meet well defined goals. Job search and well-prepared skills-based portfolio are very important to satisfy employer’s needs in recruitments. Self -Assessment sigi3, Internship, job networking, resume and successful interviews are also highlighted. It is then concluded that Career Planning, job search techniques, and professional development are the right road plan to secure success in the new workplace. The discussed content of the presentation then will provide an add-up value to the outcomes; decision makers can make use of.

The presentation consisted of two session:
Self-assessment via, values, interest, personnel trait, skills and emotional Intelligence. Which included tutorial to groups of attendees to apply the above items.
The 21st-century jobs, source of jobs which included applications in case study groups work.
