Short-term Outcomes:
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the current state of math education in the region, as well as community and industry needs for mathematicians.
A shared vision for the future of math education will be developed, emphasizing the importance of community and industry integration.
Concrete strategies for curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous education will be identified during the roundtable discussions.
Participants will renew their commitment to math education and leave with a sense of ownership and responsibility for implementing the strategic plan.
Mid-term Outcomes:
The math curriculum will be revised to incorporate relevant community and industry needs, ensuring graduates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Stronger partnerships will be forged with community and industry stakeholders, leading to more opportunities for internships, guest lectures, and other collaborative projects.
Continuous education programs for math teachers and graduates will be developed and implemented, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

Improved student outcomes: Math students will graduate with strong skills and knowledge, making them more prepared for success in their chosen careers.
