The workshop in brief:
On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the Interior Design Engineering Department at Tishk International University organized a national workshop titled “Interior Design After Graduation: Building a Career in Erbil’s Growing Design Scene.” The event took place at 2:00 PM in Room 308 of the Main Building. It brought together students, graduates, and professionals to explore the career landscape for interior designers in Erbil. Through expert talks and interactive discussions, participants gained insights into the transition from academic life to professional practice. Objectives · To support interior design graduates in navigating their career paths after graduation. · To highlight opportunities within Erbil’s expanding design and construction sectors. · To connect students with industry professionals for mentorship and networking. · To bridge the gap between academic education and real-world practice. · To motivate students to pursue proactive and strategic approaches to career development.
