The workshop in brief: Tishk International University marked the official opening of its Molecular Biology Laboratory with an international workshop hosted by the Medical Analysis and Nutrition and Dietetics Departments at the Faculty of Applied Sciences. The workshop, organized in collaboration with the Biotech Laboratory from Amman/Jordan, aimed to:
• Introduce the advanced molecular techniques and applications of digital PCR (ddPCR).
• Share expertise on molecular diagnostics and genetic testing.
• Strengthen collaboration between universities and research centers in the region.
• Highlight the role of molecular biology in advancing health and medical sciences.

Overview of Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory Techniques
• Speaker: Dr. Mukhlis Hamad, Expert in Human Molecular Genetics, Salahaddin University-Erbil.
Genetic Test for Diet & Fitness
• Speaker: Dr. Nader Ghanayem, Molecular Biologist & Scientific Manager at RISC.
