The workshop in brief: The 2nd National Workshop on Prospects and Challenges in Higher Physics Education emphasizes the factors and strategic plan for being an effective Physics teacher and facilitates job opportunities for new graduates. The workshop also addresses the challenges new physics teachers face and preparation for those challenges in view of time management, class activities, and innovative pedagogy. Thus, the workshop seeks to accomplish the following goals:
1. To clarify, multiple factors influence teaching skills.
2. To overcome common challenges faced by a fresh teacher.
3. To present the mobile role-playing field of the teacher (the teacher simultaneously teaches and learns from the student).
