The workshop in brief:
On January 23, 2025 – The Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University (TIU) successfully organized a specialized workshop on Precision Implantology at Erbil International Hotel. The event took place at the Erbil-Sheraton Hotel and attracted 51 participants, including dental professionals, faculty members, and students eager to enhance their expertise in implantology.
Objectives:
1- To enable the participants to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in modern implant dentistry techniques.
2- To enable the participants to apply practical knowledge on how to apply new techniques in implantology.
3- To enable the participants to refine their clinical approaches.
Participants: 51 attendees, including academic staff and practicing dentists

• Dr. Qubais Alassaf, PhD, Tishk International University, who presented on minimizing crestal bone loss from a prosthetic perspective.
• Dr. Hundren Mohammadali,PhD, Hawler Medical University, who shared insights on avoiding loose implants by increasing primary stability.
• Dr. Ranj Azad, PhD candidate, Hawler Medical University, who discussed the basics of digital surgery in implantology.
The event combined theoretical lectures with hands-on demonstrations, providing attendees with valuable knowledge and practical skills in modern implant dentistry techniques. The interactive sessions allowed participants to engage with experts, ask questions, and refine their clinical approaches.
