A workstation ergonomics training course is designed to educate individuals about the principles of creating a comfortable and efficient workspace. The primary objectives of such a course include:
Ergonomics is the study of science and or laws of work.
User-Centered Design: Ergonomics considers clients’ needs and promotes their safety and health.
Physical Comfort: It addresses physical factors and workspace layout to ensure that people can work or interact with products comfortably. Productivity and Safety: Ergonomics enhances productivity and safety by reducing sickness absenteeism and promoting users’ overall health and wellbeing.
