This workshop dived deep into two crucial aspects of maintaining the safety and functionality of structural concrete buildings:
Reliability Assessment Methodologies of Structures: Learning how to evaluate the current state and future performance of concrete structures. Participants explored various methodologies used to assess a structure’s capacity to withstand loads and environmental factors over time.
Structural Assessment and Retrofitting in Structural Concrete Buildings: workshop discovered how to identify potential weaknesses and implement effective retrofitting strategies for existing concrete buildings. insights into techniques for strengthening structural components and enhancing overall building resilience was explored.
Objectives was:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of reliability assessment methodologies for structures, including their strengths and limitations.
Develop the skills to assess the current condition and predict the future performance of concrete buildings.
Learn various techniques for structural assessment of concrete buildings, focusing on identifying potential problems.
Explore a range of retrofitting strategies and best practices for strengthening concrete structures.
