Dr. Shaho Ziyad Talabani, an expert in the field, provided invaluable guidance and mentorship to all participants, making the workshop an enriching experience. The two sessions catered to diverse learning styles and ensured the workshop’s effectiveness.
Objectives
· To enable the participants to understand the complex world of statistics for medical researchers who may not have formal training in the field
. To enable the participants to have a solid theoretical foundation in the fundamental statistical tools and techniques in statistics.
· To enable the participants to design, analyze, and interpret data confidently in their medical research projects.
Participants: 56 participants from academic staff of Dentistry Faculty-TIU and outside dentists participated in the workshop.
Place: Dentistry Faculty building , TIU
• First Session: Introducing and discussing the basis of statistics..
• Second Session: Hands-on training on Data analysis.
