- Maslow’s Motivation theory has been explained and importance of motivation on the human behaviors explained.
- Then the meanings of the money have been presented. How it works, what are meanings of the money definitions etc.…
- In the next session students have explained the Bitcoin, its existence, application in Kurdistan
- Lastly, Capital Market has been defined. Opportunities and Challenges have been explained.
Participants: More than 40 participants (Lecturers, research assistants, students from business department of TIU and KUST).

Outcome of the workshop: Following points have been mentioned and explained in detail;
The program included four discussion sessions as well as an exhibition of the students’ capabilities in creative areas such as sketching, photography, and brain games. The program accomplished its goal of providing students with meaningful talks and opportunities to demonstrate their talents during the exhibitions.
Further, students have been informed about the importance of motivation in their life.
Furthermore, they have represented freely their hobbies in the exhibition session.
