The workshop commenced at 9:30 AM in the Education Building/Seminars Hall, with an opening speech by Miss Roza Talaat, Project Manager at the Faculty of Nursing, followed by speeches delivered by Dr. Idris Hadi, Head of Board of Trustees, Dr. Abdulsamad Salahadin, President of TIU, and Dr. Dara Abdulla, Head of Faculty of Nursing. Professor Dr.Hiwa Banna launched the first session of the workshop by presenting a lecture on the effects of cholesterol, explaining the relationship between plaque formation inside the coronary arteries of the heart and this disease. Dr. Salah Hassan and Dr. Nawshad Nawzad, Local Speakers at IWHHA led the second session of the workshop and were also joined by Dr. Tony Syawish and Dr. Bana Hoshmand, International Speakers at IWHHA. To wrap up the workshop and mark this unique and noteworthy event, a closing ceremony was held at 3:00 PM and was joined by all organizers, members of staff, and attendees.
