The workshop in brief:This workshop focused on the theories and practical applications of Rate Transient Analysis, Decline Curve Analysis, Type Curve Methods for optimizing oil and gas production and enhancing reservoir management. During the workshop, IHS Harmony software was demonstrated.

Participants: 

30 participants joined online (mainly lecturers from different universities in Iraq and abroad with engineers from different oil companies).

15 TIU staff joined the workshop in campus

92 students from second, third, and fourth grade of Petroleum and mining department

  • Participants learned the main functions and tools of IHS Harmony software which was demonstrated during the workshop.
