The workshop in brief: This workshop was divided into two axes: the first axis dealt with the concept and benefits of electronic management, the reasons, and requirements for the transition towards electronic management, while the second axis dealt with the obstacles and problems of applying electronic management in the Arab world, as well as some Arab and foreign experiences on electronic management.

Participants: 15 participants and the rest was participated online

The recommendations of this workshop were:
1- Work on training individuals and administrative staff on the computer
2- Benefiting from the experiences of developed countries
3- Delegating missions to developed countries for the purpose of training and qualifying administrative staff
4- Creating a suitable environment suitable for all classes to get used to dealing with these electronic services
