The workshop in brief: On February 7, 2022, a National Workshop was organized by the Faculty of Nursing at Tishk International University titled “ECTS and Mapping Course Learning Outcome”. The Workshop was held at the Education Building of Tishk International University and started at 10.00 Am with a welcoming speech from the Dean of Faculty of Nursing Professor Dr. Hiwa Bakir Banna and lasted until 12.00 Pm. According to the Bologna process, each course must have certain learning outcomes which are directly linked to the program learning outcome (mapping). The learning outcomes must follow the guidelines of Blooms Taxonomy. Moreover, course credits and student workload and calculated according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The objectives of this workshop are · Familiarize the participants with the ECTS system. · Familiarize the participants with the learning outcomes. · Mapping the course learning outcomes to the program learning outcomes. Almost 100 Attendees participated in this workshop where the Speaker from the Faculty of Dentistry at Tishk International University presented a presentation with topics related to the Workshop.

Participants: 100 on-campus and online through the zoom.
