The workshop in brief:
This workshop introduced practical applications of strategic management and how strategic decisions are made in private companies.
Objectives:
• Bridge strategic management theory with real-life organizational practice.
• Explain key tools/frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces) through examples.
• Discuss how private companies formulate and evaluate strategic choices.
• Strengthen participants’ analytical and decision-making skills through discussion and Q&A.
