The workshop in brief:
The International Day of Radiology (IDoR) is observed annually on November 8 to recognize the vital role of radiology and medical imaging in contemporary healthcare. It promotes awareness about the importance of early diagnosis, radiation safety, and the continuous innovation that enhances patient outcomes and medical education.
This year, the Department of Medical Technical Radiology at Tishk International University is organizing an International Workshop on Radiology Innovation and Patient Safety on October 30, 2025, to commemorate this important occasion.
The event will focus on recent technological advancements, the integration of artificial intelligence in imaging, and best practices for ensuring patient safety in radiological procedures. It will also emphasize the educational and clinical roles of radiographers and radiologists in improving diagnostic quality and promoting radiation protection standards.
Through this international platform, participants will gain updated insights, foster professional collaboration, and celebrate the contribution of radiology professionals to healthcare improvement worldwide
