The workshop in brief:

The International Workshop on The Gut–Brain Connection: Diet as a Tool for Resilience and Wellness brings together scholars, practitioners, and students to explore the vital role of nutrition in supporting mental and physical health. The event highlights the latest scientific insights into how diet influences the gut microbiome, brain function, and overall well-being. Through expert lectures, interactive discussions, and knowledge-sharing, the workshop aims to promote innovative approaches to resilience and wellness, bridging research with practical applications for healthier lifestyles.

This workshop explores how diet shapes the gut–brain axis, influencing mood, cognition, immunity, and overall resilience. Participants will learn about the latest research connecting nutrition to mental well-being, gut microbiota diversity, and stress adaptation. The session emphasizes practical applications—how food choices can enhance resilience, support recovery, and improve wellness outcomes across populations.
